Mishcon de Reya (Mishcon) is a highly regarded law firm based in London and Singapore, servicing an international community of clients. With approximately 1,000 employees, its guiding principle is “It’s business. But it’s Personal.” Dardan has been working in partnership with Mishcon since 2018. We provide concierge, security, and distribution services.

For the Firm’s London headquarters, it’s imperative that staff, clients, and visitors receive a seamless experience – from the minute they arrive until the point of departure.

Mishcon engaged Dardan to help deliver this unrivalled journey, wanting to work with a partner sharing its own high standards. As the first and last port of call for most people visiting Mishcon, our team are pivotal in ensuring every touchpoint echoes the client’s values and impeccable service.

Our onsite security manager, supported by our senior leadership, has been integral in developing an excellent relationship with the Mishcon team – helping to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained.

We’ve taken a flexible and reactive approach, allowing us to take on additional responsibilities. We’re currently responsible for distribution handling, including scanned post services firm-wide, legal document handling and compliance, and managing Mishcon’s COVID-19 response control measures.
