The architect-designed George Building on the Nottingdale campus in West London, offers premium brands 56,00sq ft of office and retail space. Tenants share a buzzing creative neighbourhood with names such as Stella McCartney, Cath Kidston, Loaf, Temperley and Monsoon.
Attracting premium brands into the space, meant managing agent, Savills, needed to offer prospects the reassurance of a Tier 1 security provider.
As well as large communal and void spaces to protect, the turnover of prospective tenants could be measured in the hundreds of millions.
This was a site that called not just for 24/7 manned guarding, but also on-site security officers with the experience to protect brand reputations.
Working collaboratively with Savills – we paid several visits to assess infrastructure and environment in the final stages of construction – helped us create the best-fit solution.
Despite a tight deadline for opening, we recruited a team of highly-trained security professionals capable of familiarising themselves quickly and effectively with the site.
