David Leonard

Head of Client Services

David joined Dardan in March 2020 as Head of Client Services (London and South East), primarily focussed on managing our London portfolio and Key Client relationships, with responsibility for Business Development and strategic growth across London and the South East.

Having built a solid foundation in Client Services and Account Management within Security, Facilities Management, and Hospitality for the past 10 years, he worked for the Compass Group and VSG where he headed the soft service offer in the Shopping Centre portfolio, and supported organisations like Savills and De La Rue. Before which David worked for a number of notable institutions in the City of London, including Goldman Sachs, UBS, Barclays, and Credit Suisse.

David brings a unique set of skills to Dardan where he blends people and insights in order to create customer-centred solutions underpinned by high performance teams. David’s commitment to the “customer journey” ensure that Dardan’s boutique service offering not only meets our client’s expectations but offers the flexibility to develop as their needs change. David has a background in People Development and a passion for unlocking the potential of others, through active mentorship and coaching. He believes in building a fair and equitable workplace that encourages personal growth and creativity, contributing to the success of every customer relationship.

David is particularly skilled in Change Management, bringing to bear his expertise and experience to deliver tangible business improvement and efficiencies. His consultative approach enables him to fully realise his customer’s strategic vision and engineer brand enhancing operating models that “do more than it says on the tin”.
